Footcare Package
The footcare package is ideal for conditions such as fungal nails, athlete’s foot, and general examination. It includes:
Comprehensive foot/ankle exam by your podiatrist
Nail and skin evaluation
X-rays for bone evaluation OR ultrasound for soft tissue evaluation
Labs as ordered or required
Written prescription(s) if required

Diabetic Package
This package is ideal for the conditions that affect the feet of those living with diabetes. It includes:
Comprehensive foot/ankle exam by your podiatrist
Nail and skin treatment as needed
Includes an initial visit PLUS a 2nd follow-up visit within 30 days
Labs as ordered or required
Written prescription(s) if required

Sports Package
The sports package is ideal for sports injuries such as heel pain, twists, sprains, fractures, and breaks. It includes:
Comprehensive foot/ankle exam by your podiatrist
X-rays for bone evaluation
Ultrasound for soft tissue evaluation
Up to 2 injections for treatment

After your initial diagnosis, if you require any treatment beyond what a package includes, you’ll only pay the cost.
We offer ingrown nail procedures, nail and skin biopsies, nail debridement, wart treatment, cam walkers, night splints, and custom insoles, just to name a few. While these examples do not reflect the entirety of what we offer, we adhere to all standard Medicare rates for any unlisted items, products, and/or treatments.
